When I was in Japan years ago, I learned the saying "Ichigo Ichie" which can be translated into "for this time only". I didn't really get the concept at the time.

Working as a product owner/manager, I eventually find this message to be the key to success behind any product/project. Without sheer concentration, it's easy to lose track of your original goal and get distracted along the way.

I'm taking the small steps and start setting out a single must-achieve goal every single day. Today I want to finish a contract draft to send to a Client and I have just finished that.
